Also I was wondering what kind of picks you like to use? And what part of your hand is exactly anchored to the bridge? And what part of the bridge is it anchored to? I can not tell from the pics. Thanks so much so far tho.

Well I use different gauges, depends of what I play.
For lead stuff on electric guitar I use kind a thick picks, 2mm and such.
For more rhythm stuff I go for less thick tho, 1-1.5mm.
This is all in use when I record in studios ofc,
you cannot change pick that easily on gig for rhythm and solo parts!
As for anchoring, I anchor heel of my palm on the top of the bridge.
