I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but the last time I looked (which was a while ago) they don't make one. At the time I was atleast hoping I could get something that could control the Wah effect and Volume of the patch. In Gearbox they show both in the effects chain but all you can do is turn them on or off. What a waste.

supposedly any momentary non-latching footswitch will work. I have no idea what they're intended to control. I think they're forwarded midi signals (perhaps to start/stop your DAW?) perhaps.

They are NOT an expression pedal interface. The way to control the sweep of the wah effects would be through envelope automation (in DAW) or the FBV interface (if you've plugged that into another type of POD device). Remember that podfarm is their interface for just about everything.

Best thing would be to put your real actual wah pedal in front of the ux2, it's the same place in the effects chain that it belongs and then you can use it during recording if you want the added distraction. smile.gif

As far as I know, two footswitch inputs on UX2 are there for use with standard toggle footswitch pedals. I'm not sure what they mean by "standard", but I hope standard Boss toggle footswitch stomp should be useful checking out.
As for expression pedal, I'm not sure if that is possible, but as Jafo, suggested, possibly you can achieve this through DAW and with MIDI controller, if Gearbox allows for automation of the parameters. Never tried it tho..

I have got it, you can use a footswitch to turn effects on and off in gearbox, for example a footswitch can turn a stompbox on and off. It can also control other features such as the tuner etc. very useful smile.gif Cant accept expression pedals though

Unfortunately I have the UX1 and there is no input jack for a footswich at all. Not even a toggle switch. sad.gif
