Hey my friends,

one of my best friends has birthday in several weeks and I want to find a Schecter Vampira for him, which is his dream guitar ( at least the outer style of it ).

Here is a pic. http://img3.musiciansfriend.com/dbase/pics.../8/9/274589.jpg

As you are all active in the world of music, you might have some ideas where to find one? It´s a Limited Edition and I can´t find it in the internet.

Post your ideas - they will be greatly appreciated tongue.gif

Cheers!

What I find is that there were 300 of these made, ever. I would not expect to see these anywhere but ebay and/or cragslist.

If there are only 300 made, it will be very difficult to find one mate, and possibly pricey. Can you consider some similar theme-oriented piece of gear? smile.gif

As I said. It´s not for me. But my friend would probably pay the 1000 dollars = 666€ if the shipping isn´t too expensive. I think it was about 400 euro when it came out. +266€ is pretty much, but it seems to be acceptable for him.

If he`s willing to pay 666€ for a guitar (a truly DEVILish price don`t you think laugh.gif ), I don`t see why shipping should be a problem. I ordered a pretty heavy bass guitar from ebay as late as yesterday. I`m living in Norway (pretty long distance), and shipping came to about 90 $.
