I have to say your playing guitar is sooooo much superior compared to your getting up technique
 Try practicing with a click track, get up slowly, only speed up when you manage to get up slowly without hurting yourself But seriously, hope your hand will be fine soon-------------------- Guitars: various Gibson Les Pauls / Gibson J 45
