How do you install this in Reaper (64 bit)?

I tried putting it in the plug-ins folder, but not luck.

C:\Program Files\REAPER (x64)\Plugins

It doesnt matter where you install it as long you have set the correct path in reaper.
Go to Options - preferences - plugins -VST
