Can you use an FBV EXPRESS™ MkII or an FBV SHORTBOARD™ MkII to record your guitar ??? cause i was goit to buy an line ux1 but it occord to me that maybe i could buy one of thouse FBV´s conect them to my line 6 75 w spider iii and maybe record my guitar ... is this possible cuse if so i would like this better then the line 6 ux1 ..=)

These FBV devices are just foot controllers for PODs and LINE6 AMPS, they are not really the audio interfaces like UX1 smile.gif

the ux1 has better sounds and effects for recording than your spider 2 anyways.


the advantage to recording direct to the UX1 is that what you hear is what you get. because your spider 2 has a physical speaker, the sound gets colored and would be different sounding than what you hear after the recording
