Nov 23 2009, 02:12 PM	GMC:er Posts: 5 Joined: 22-November 09	Greets from Finland! I recently decided to pick up my guitar again after a ten year (give or take a year or two) break. Before that I used to play guitar in a punk/grunge band and bass in a death/thrash band, so my playing was somewhat straightforward fast blasts. I never got the hang of playing leads, either. Now for my "second coming" I'm trying to start from the bottom and focus a lot more on the theory behind the instrument as well. Anyways, thanks for what looks like a great site and some excellent lessons. I'm looking forward to actually practicing instead of just playing this time around! Well, I did strum the occasional chord now and then, but I guess I just got frustrated because my playing didn't seem to progress anywhere.
