The world's most irritating seagull has got it self trapped in our gutter and I think the rest of the family have got stuck in there with it trying to release the other one. It's like the world's most out of key choir singing Bat Out Of Hell by Meatloaf.

Any suggestions on how I deal with this problem. Also they knocked our aerial off the roof and it is currently swinging down over our neighbours door. Should I tell them I wonder and risk having complaints at me about our 3am Spandau Ballet Tribute Band Rehearsals. Too many questions, never enough answers.

Guitars:- Caparison Horus Snowcloud, Parker Nitefly M, Parker Nitefly SA, Gibson SG, Parker P10e, 40 Year Old Spanish Acoustic
Amps:- Framus Ruby Riot 2x12" stack

I sometimes have the problem. There's always one time of the day when you can get to sleep easily. That would only mean that our timing is not right. I was given an advice once on this: When you lay down breath slowly and clear your mind. Don't think on what you have to do tomorrow, just listen to whatever is going on right now.

That works for me, hope you get better

How about a cat that can climb on the roof? ... or a sling shot? wink.gif

As for the sleep... I find that if I don't get up really early!!! (3:30 a.m.) I don't sleep well. Maybe that would help, otherwise I lay in bed and the wheels just spin away. I also que up music on you tube "playlist" and put headphones on. Soft music helps me to fall asleep. cool.gif

When I look down at my hands... I see "FINGERS of DOOM"
