Hi all,

Today we recorded 2 tracks... (so far)... the first one is a complete ripoff in the verse (Perry Mason by Ozzy)... mehe mehe.
Sorry Zakk. That track is ... you know kind of a tribute to Mr Rock himself... Ozzy Ozz.

Track 2... is kind of a grooooovy tune... maybe in the style of Down?? With the infamous super singer Phil Anselmo. Anyway...
Hope you like the tracks and you get your own ideas on how to rip people off... mehe mehe.

Drums: Addictive drums
Bass: Ampeg SVX (plugin for Cubase)
Guitar: JCM900 plugin (freeware)
Vocals: As always my rockin' Ozzy lookalike uncle Daniel

Keep practicing guys because I do!

Track 1:
Attached File  Decipher___Mr_Magician__Perry_Mason_.mp3 ( 5.82MB ) Number of downloads: 274

Track 2:
Attached File  Decipher___It__s_all_about_you__demo_.mp3 ( 6.61MB ) Number of downloads: 253

Later!

Jonas and Daniel

Heavy stuff !!! smile.gif But in my speakers (and phones) I experience a lot of digital distorsion (or something else that crashes the whole mix)...
Anyway, Its good to hear creative people!!!!

Hey staffay... long time no "see"... Ok, I guess... I overdo the mix... and probably when I use 100% diigital stuff as plugins etc...
it comes out a bit harsh... but hopefully your ears are NOT damaged smile.gif smile.gif

Thanks for the feedback... I'll check my mix EQ ... to see if I can spot any "spikes"....

Later,
Jonas und Danny

Cool man !!! smile.gif I believe that if You used a mastering limiter/compressor, just check so that the levels are not over 0 db..... and then it will sound just fine. Also exciters, enhancer seems to distort the sound a little.... but it sounds like its all over the mix, not on any particular instrument. But keep up the good work, this section is one of my favourites in the forum !!!! biggrin.gif

Wow that sounds powerful, I like both. And the vocals are awesome, anything that reminds me of Ozzy has to be good smile.gif
