Of course not^^

If you would play a lefthanded guitar right handed the tuning would be upside down, the controls would get in the way, the longer horn would be pointing down, etc...

The pictures are just mirrored, otherwise it would say LTD on the headstock and not DTL!!!

There is only one Randy Rhoads shape available in lefthanded I think:

Expensive, but very well made in the USA by the original RR guitar company: Jackson.

Also: Alexi played Jackson RR models and recorded the first COB albums with them until they were stolen from him and Jackson wasn't able to build him two new ones in time. That is why he switched to ESP...
