Mind that thickness isn't the complete answer to whatever the question is
U, C, modern C, V (and possibly more I forgot) shapes has a big impact to how the neck will feel smile.gif

I had the guitar in my hands and it surely is a small guitar

The neck width is listed in every specs-sheet i came across so far and I think it is pretty much identical to ibanez rg/ jem-necks.
The neck thickness, however, is not listed in any specs sheet that I have seen.

How is the neck compared to an ibanez wizard-neck (17-18mm at 1st fret and 19-20mm at 12th fret)? Can you tell a diffrence?

My impression was the the Petrucci neck was rounder than a wizard neck, and not as wide. It`s a tiny bit thicker, but most people would still call it very thin. As Daniel said, it`s overall an small guitar. I had the chance to play one at a larger guitar store when visiting Oslo for some months ago, but I got so frustrated while trying to tweak an amp I never touched before that I didn`t feel comfortable with my sound. And when I don`t like my sound, that has a direct effect on my playing, leaving me behind with no proper impression of the guitar dry.gif

I'm not sure how big/small it is, but I loved the neck when I tried the guitar smile.gif

Neck Radius:
15" (38.1 cm)

Neck Width:
1-11/16" (43.0 mm) at nut, 2-1/4" (57.2 mm) at last fret

Neck shape:
C Shape Modern

Unlike the thin Wizard neck on John’s former line of signature guitars from Ibanez, the Music Man JP6 has a slightly thicker (but still quite thin overall), round c-shaped neck that feels more like a vintage Stratocaster
