Hello Everybody,
I know there are a lot of similar topics about playing while sitting down and standing up, but I would like to share this with you. Probably the Satch fans have already seen this a dozen of times but it's new for me and I love it. yeah, it's the truth. It's a lot more common sense to practice everything you will perform on stage at home while standing up, it will sound better!

 I do practice standing too though, each to his own I guess...

He is quite right but still when I see Paul Gilbert doing monster stretches and arpeggios while standing then everything is possible

I always practice sitting down, and the other day I tried playing some songs standing up... a complete disaster!
 I guess I will have to practice standing up more often

Practice standing up for a while it's a great exercise. It's a must exercise for anybody that wants to play in a band
