Wow, great vid, this kind of explanation and teaching is where you are at your absolute best ... and love the hair smile.gif

But ...

"Heya! Here is the only lesson that teaches you how to sound like crazy horse that's being castrated...guaranteed!"

Do you have to bury the horses genitals afterwards? I didn't understand that part ...

Practice, after a few hours, even less, the harmonics really arent that hard, i think the hardest thing would be sneaking them in quickly into varuous licks and such, but of course, with practice, it will all be a piece of cake.

Just let me know if I get this right. So you push your whammy bar down before hitting the fret with your finger. When you hit the fret with your finger, you dont go all the way down (you just touch the string hard) and then you push the whammy bar up.

Am I doing something wrong?

Its more of a whipping action - you literally have to touch the string for the shortest time you can possibly manage. Also, it depends exactly where you hit it - you need to keep trying until you find the rihgt place. Finally, use lots of treble, the bridge pickup and a ton of distortion (and ideally a guitar with hot pickups like an Ibanez)

Definitely - with ANY harmonic you have to release the string as soon as you strike the note - check out my theory lesson on harmonics here
