Hi there,

Sorry to start this as a new topic, but it seems I have lost the right to reply to other threads and messages. sad.gif

I'm continually getting the message 'Your subscription has expired' on my screen. But my subscription has not expired. I'm logged in all the time, I'm in the members' section, but I do not have access to instruction videos that are members only!

I searched the forum and it seems that several members since December have experienced the same problem.

Are you guys going to fix this?

Hi Shime - this has occured to some members, but luckily it's not a general problem. We fix them from case to case - so the best way to solve this is to contact [email protected]
