this sounds very intersting. Does the workouts have to be on the gym or are they suitable for the park or at home? Also I'm a veggeterian, so of course I don't eat animal protein, will that affect the diet? I want to gain a couple of pounds I'm skinny and I like it's not like I want 10 mor kilogrmas but 4 or 5 would be nice.

no not at all! There are many vegan and vegetarian fitness models out there. You can diet on nuts and legumes for protein. Milk and cheese for creatine. Whey protein is not a meat product. It comes from a cows milk. You can add that to your diet. But by not eating animal, you can also look into multivitamins!

I like Adrian's idea of a GMC diet!

I wondered how people only ate 1800 calories a day on these workouts too.

Very interested to see what your diet looks like chaos, if you don't mind writing it out!

I use to eat 1800 calories. I thought it was normal but I was actually starving myself so I picked it up to 3500 or 4000.

My diet is:

Morning:
8 Hard Boiled Eggs
5 0z scrambled Eggs
1 Piece of Toast with Peanut Butter

Snack:
As many fruits and veggies as I want!

Lunch:
2 Whole Wheat Wrap Sandwiches w/ hummus, turkey, roast beef, lettuce and tomato.
Salad WITHOUT dressing (dressing is very fattening)

Snack:
Again, same as before

2nd Lunch:
2 big pieces of salmon
1 potato

Snack:
Again, same as before

Dinner:
Grilled Steak
Sandwich
Side of Veggies

Snack:
Again, same as before

2nd dinner:
Cereal (I prefer cinnamon over sugar because a small amount of cinnamon boosts metabolism)
w/ Skim (Stay away from whole!)
Anything else I can find.

I am usually done eating carbs 3 hours before bed and drink skim milk right before!

This is what you get when you eat A LOT and workout. This is me after a year of confused working out and dieting. I am my own source! lol

I bust my butt so I think I deserve to gloat a little tongue.gif
