Don't sell the Strat, it's always proves as a useful guitar. On the other hand, getting Tele is a bit strange decision. They are good, but Strat covers a lot of it's grounds. I think much better solution is to get the Gibson.

I agree with all above. If it was me, I would DEFINITELY keep the strat no matter what. I too would like a Les Paul...but would never sell my strat to get one!

Thanks for your comments guys. I have decided to keep the strat , out of nowhere I'll be reciving some extra money in april/May so I'm going to use it to buy either the USA tele or the gibson. I'm going to try a few and hopefully, I'll have my new baby in less than a month.

There's only one simple rule to keep in mind and live by - Never sell a guitar!!!

One day you will regret it cool.gif

I absolutely agree with this... always thought that a guitar player is also (or should be) a bit like a guitar collector. Each guitar, even the cheaper ones, has his own "soul". I still play sometimes with my very fisrt guitar (Yamaha 412) and in some specific situations has nothing to envy more expensive guitars I have.

Of course, it's only my opinion... but I'll never sell a guitar.

Cheers!
