You can take relaxers, chill out, and play like BB King
Just kidding, never take medication without proper instructions from the doctor, or unless you know what you are doing

I really don't recommend drinking alcohol and playing. It will just diminish your abilities (and its not possible to be other way around), even in smaller quantities...
