The ImTOO converter should do the job. Don't know if the file is too big for the trial version though.

I don't know why but for some reason I thought you were an old road hound already? Maybe your profile pic? Well either way congrats! Gigging is great fun smile.gif The strangest things happen when you first start gigging. Drummers forgetting sticks, etc. Looks like it went well! You officially have your "Stage Legs", sort of like how seamen get "Sea Legs" after their maiden voyage.

Here is a software that should help you convert that HD mts file to standard .avi file which is easier to edit:

Also I think new version of video editing software - Sony Vegas has support for that HD format.
