> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi everybody,
this is my try of Lian's Epic Metal Rhythm Guitar lesson (https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/rhythm-guitar/epic-metal-rhythm-guitar/), recorded with energyXT, using a V-amp 3 and my Ibanez guitar. My computer and webcam were kinda slow, so the video is not really fluent...hope it's good enough to be graded, though.

Very good, but it can be more tighter. Also, your guitar is a bit out of tune (or possibly you are applying too much pressure on some strings)/

nice take Chris! you've improved a lot on this one. as the others said, yes, it needs more work on timing and on keep some notes in tune.
anyway, comparing it with the previous take, this is far better, you look more relaxed and confident with the lesson.
well done man!
