Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/rhythm-guitar/neo-riffing/

Gear: Ibanez SA08 with Pod Farm

I hope it's ok, and I always love comments on my posture and bad habbits smile.gif don't want to get injured laugh.gif

Everything is good, note wise,

very precise, very clean,

I feel that you are rushing a little bit, it's noticeable in the last note,

you need to be a little more patient and let the rhythm of the backing track move your hands,

Also I would take out a little bit of distortion, so it's more clear

Sounds good. Timing should be corrected, you are rushing as everyone said. Also, try to keep it as tight as possible, specially with the picking hand.

Very good take man! smile.gif Just try to listen more to the backing and relax. Its a bit common to have this tendency to rush when the REC light is on and you are excited smile.gif

I agree somewhat with the above. I's also like to add that on some spots your playing is a bit muddy. Try to pick a bit more even.
