> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Excellent job! Just try to make it even tighter with the backing! wink.gif

very nice playing my brother!
i give you an 8 for two simple reasons, first i think we can work on some tone, this feels a little "nasal", and second cause you could play it tighter with the backing track.

now, VERY solid take, i'm very proud of this one man, great rhythm!

This is very good. I like the way you played the lesson. The thing that I can notice is that is has to be tighter, and more convincing. Some moves through powerchords are a bit slow, so try to work on that. Also, bare in mind that this is punk-style playing, so those strums have to be played fast, tight, and with attitude.
