Hey guys, I pray those that read this don't remember what this song used to be laugh.gif It was always a song I wanted to do badly, But always lacked the means to do properly. Now - however - I have come as close as I possibly can. New orchestration, that is proper, decent sounding, and packs a good amount of punch, with a better structure and overall mix.

Listen good and listen loud, and let me know what you think! cool.gif

Here are the lyrics - Its about a time traveling crew who mine Jovian giants (gas planets) and eventually gets stuck traveling faster than light, for 6,000,000 years.

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

The Jovian's Kiss
Event 1: Time's Prisoner
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Through the deepest reaches of space
Through the darkest parts of our mind
Into our most feared emotions
We become travelers in time

Sifting through the fabric of time
Hunting our Jovian beast
Falling prey to an unknown force
Colliding with the quantum world

Faster than the speed of light
Tachyonic speeds have been achieved
Forced into a never ending
Space-time tragedy

Will we ever know something other than the presence of time?
Will we ever be released from the holds of this dilation?

6 million years of time
All but a blur
In our wakes

Dilution of the self and mind
Mental collapse
Destitute and blank

Our eyes, refute what they see
The purpose of our journey
The arrival...

I listened to the prior version. It's very good but still suffering the lack of realism in a couple of the orchestral sounds. When I get the time I'll relisten and give you a bit more detail. A great song though! You're producing really interesting music. smile.gif

Wow this is Konan IV! smile.gif I can see the horsemen enetering the town...
I like those kind of arrangements. Composition is very good.
Maybe you should to set up sound levels differently, in the intro...

Yeah I am. I have spent a few days on it now just learning how Ozone 4 works, and I am in the process of applying it better. What I have now sounds a ton better, But It still needs work! smile.gif

Hopefully If I am ever satisfied with it I will put it up laugh.gif
