After four days filled with rock and metal, I have never been as inspired to play!
I have watched band as
Saxon, Airbourne, UDO, Killswitch Engage, (over the) Rainbow, Jorn, Megadeth, Twisted Sister, Gary Moore, Slash, Sebastian Bach, Motorhead, Cavalera Conspiracy, Devildriver, Queensryche and a lot of other bands, so I guess you understand my newfound inspiration after some struggling months biggrin.gif

Just wanted to share my happiness with you guys! Rock on, and have a nice summer smile.gif

In addition, I spent 16 hours working as a volunteer, resulting in all the concerts for FREE!

I have to say that there were many surprises, amongst the biggest I can tell that:

Twisted Sister was completely awesome! Dee Snider delivered an insane performance compared to what I expected biggrin.gif

Slash brought along Myles Kennedy as a singer, and played almost exclusively GnR and VR songs, just two songs from his own record (which I don`t like much). And Myles Kennedy sang like Axl in the 80`s, nailed everyone of the high pitched vocals with ease and his own voice over it... very surprising smile.gif

Jorn - IMO, Norway`s...and one of the world`s best metal voices today. I love his studio work, but he sang incredible enough even better live, and the guitar players were ubertight!

Killswith Engange - Not one of my favorite bands, but they sure know how to perform! Sick squeels and riffs!

Audrey Horne - I assume not many here have heard of them, but I recommand everyone to check them out. A alternative hardrock band with incredible sence of melody from Norway.

Bands like Megadeth and Motorhead was also great, but it seemed more like "just another show" for them.
And honestly, Gary Moore disappointed me... some great songs but many boring ones..and I`ve heard him play better solos than that sad.gif
