Hi guys!

This is a very late NGD since I've had this guitar for a while now, but I still wanted to make a dedicated NGD thread for it. On to the pics:

It still has the original pickups in it, which aren't that bad, but I still ordered a BKP Cold Sweat into the bridge, and I'm thinking about putting a SD Jazz into the neck.

I'm gonna post some recordings with it soon, but for now here's a video (the video should have been in HD, but I forgot to turn on the HD in the cameras settings. DAMN! but the next video will be in HD!):

So what do you guys think? biggrin.gif

Beautiful! I expected another metal axe from you though^^
Why bother with the Seymour Duncan in the neck when you could get the Cold Sweat Neck pickup (aka the best neck pickup I have ever played!)

I really don't like any guitars one would consider straight up "metal" (like jacksons, bc.rich or "pointy" guitars in general).

I just like your conventional Les Paul, superstrat, strat and tele shapes the best (favourite guitar companys being PRS, Gibson, Edwards, Fender, Blackmachine). Versatility is the most important thing for me, a guitar that can play any style smile.gif

I might buy a CS or some BKP in the neck too, haven't really decided yet what I'm gonna put there smile.gif

Welcome to the PRS family - such great guitars!
As I don´t play metal I will leave the original PU´s as they are - I think they are very nice actually.

The PRS pickups are actually pretty good! On the other hand Tony is going to replace them with handwound Custom Pickups - and those are the best of the best!

I have a C24 - this one to be precise:

I have improved my playing as well with this guitar just because I love to play/practice with it (at least I THINK so) laugh.gif .

I see - have to check them out but I found that your gear advice always displays in-depth knowledge and so your word is good enough for me! wink.gif
I hesitate to change the PU´s on my current PRS though (actually I really want to leave it in it´s original state) BUT....maybe I get myself a "cheap" Strat, LP or even Ibanez RG (might be cool as "RG" are my real names initials cool.gif ) and THEN we can talk business! biggrin.gif
