I chose 3:00 p.m. but actually 5:00 p.m. would also work for me. That's about midnight, and I'm usually up til around 2:00 a.m. So any day between 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. suits me fine.

This is a GREAT question and makes a great post. Please forgive me for using your idea to try to find out when my Saturday Chats would work best. I only teach one day a week and I'm still not sure what's best for everyone. I moved it from 4:00 PM EST to 2:00 EST and that seems better so far.

It looks like folks want 7 or 8pm from your survey. But is that European time?
