Could someone kindly translate this phrase from English to French, please? I don't trust the online translation tools.

"I am entranced"

It's going to be a song title. Cheers and thanks in advance. smile.gif

yeah, the online tools aren't exactly wrong but I think what you're missing is a sense of idiom that they're not really offering. One way to fiddle with them is to juggle the verb. Instead of using the verb to be (am) in that sentence I tried a few short english phrases that mean essentially the same thing and the translator came up with something that might work for you:

sent into trance -> envoyé en transe

Dunno how well it "plays" to a native speaker, of course, but it looked ... y'know "song titley" to me smile.gif

Hi,

the exact translation is: 'je suis en transe', but it sounds pretty strange, it would be much better to say only "en transe"...

i hope it will help you....

(i'm french)

Thanks Jaf and Jean.

Jean, as you're French, I'll go with your translation. Thank you very much. :-)
