Speed Picking - Left Hand

I saw kris's lesson about Speed picking.
I got a question that really annoying me.
I can make those high speed picking with my right hand, but the left hand cant make it.

So can you give me some tips to the left hand when you speed picking?

or

somethimg to make my left hand alot faster?

That's called synchronizing.
Your hands can problably play "fast" on themself. (especially the picking hand)
But to actually shred and to play the notes you have to start slow from the beginning and build it up.
You'll get fast with practicing!

yea its great...ive been playin for 2 years...7 months seriulsy hnow..and i just got in synch the other day...its a amazing it seems like i am playing slower..but idk..but yea..getting in synch is what its all about..an dstarting off slow dude!!


o yea and i cant forget
