A New Gmc Collaboration..., ...idea! What if we wrote a tune together?

So we have now done two very cool and [I guess] successful collaborations (check 'em here and here)

I feel that I would like to try something new - so I was thinking that perhaps we could write a tune all together! ph34r.gif

My thought is that we could start it off just by having people submit their ideas (could be a riff, chord sequence, melody, beat etc.) Once we have some material to start with we could take it from there.

Maybe we will end up with an epic 10 minute song containing the craziest arrangement and style mix on earth.

Let me know what you think about this!

PS Some of you might remember that we have actually done one of these in the past - that collab was epically led by Mr Lavendell (check it here)

Real collab style? I love it and I hope the tempo isn't too high for my busted old hands.

Is this going to be another video collab or just audio?

I actually have something I would like to submit. I wrote it a while ago as a sort of melodic and harmonic way to practice the E minor scale. Quite embarrassingly, there are parts of it I cannot play tongue.gif (still need to work on my pull offs) Whats cool about it is its a looping riff, so I imagine the more skilled guitarists can jump in and out of it, Listen to it and hopefully you'll know what I mean.

Very cool ideas there!

Please don't upload anything more here - I will create a new thread to have everything gathered from scratch.
