> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Heyy everybody!
This is my second video, this time in a beter resolution smile.gif

The original lesson is: Beginner solo in D, by Muris Varajic - https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...nner-solo-in-d/

The guitar I use is a Ibanez SZ 520.
I have checked and changed the intonation of my guitar and restringed it, so the tone must be better.

I Use a Fender perfomer 600 and 2 effects: a digitech metalmaster and A boss DD-7 delay.
I have added a little more delay here to fatten up the sound.

And last but not least, I tried to put more emotion on my face, requested by Mate Naggy tongue.gif
But its kinda hard to laugh for me, when i try to concentrate. A well, enough whit the talk, here it is!

I really liked that you tried to put expression on it. Keep working on it, it's really more enjoyable to watch,

Listen well to your bends. Work on your timing, do timing exercises.

Hi there!

A nice take, it seemes that you like this little tune very much. You have great potential of becomming a really good guitarplayer.

There are some timing problems, some bendings are incorrect as well, nothing you can't handle with a bit more practice.

Cheers

I agree with Zsolt and Daniel, you are bringing in the expression nicely, and you are on the right track. But you should practice everything to become more tighter. Bends and vibratos specially. They are good, and you are on the right track, but you need to make them more precise and stronger. Your playing in general should be more tighter. Fluidness comes naturally to you.
