As some of you know, my studio computer died around a week ago or so, and I almost kill myself 'cause it was all my fault sad.gif most of the data was recovered and that's the GOOD NEW since I had there a lot of unrecoverable files from my last recordings for Tersivel's new album.

I was in FURY last days, I almost fall into a depression for that. I was not worry about personal stuff, I was worry only for all vocals lines I was edited, you know, quantifying, correcting notes, and a lot of work selecting the right ones.
so, in that point I was pretty sure that I had to start all again, from Zero to Hero LOL.
well, once the processed files where found safe, I started to recover myself. and then I ran to the shop and bought a 1Tb external HD.
now I'm copying all important stuff there, side by side the harddrive of my studio.

pfff, (breathing)

ok, first to all, I'm on the way to answer all PMs I received.
then I will complete the Trivium collab, mixing is ready, I'm finishing my comments.
and then I will share all recording details of my band's new albm!

stay close!

Lian!

All right man !
Good news.

To everybody, always back-up your data, even if it's a silly photo or 5 seconds riff. It's really worth it.

I'm so bad wint backing up my data... I have an external drive but almost never use it. I should do backup more frequently.

I trust to much my MacBook, who has never let me down in the last 3 years being abused.

Good thing you retrieved your data and your mental health Lian.

I'm glad you got your data back Lian! This can be frustrating and I know how you feel. I rarely backup myself and I once lost one HD sad.gif its really pain and I try not to think what I had stored there.

Recovering data is always good. After those moments, we usually figure out that backup is priceless, but not sooner smile.gif
