> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hope You like it, I had to change the backingtrack because of my tuning to Eb.

This one's is much better that Yngwie Style. But I still think it needs a bit of work. You dexterity is really good. I think you can become a great player if you take your time and develop the muscular memory necessary to play everything clean and spot on.

On the other hand I think you rush a bit on the whole piece, be more patient.

Its overall a nice take. Big downside is that you are not playing in time with the backing track - especially faster runs at the beginning. Try to relax a bit a find the "pocket" (groove).

Sounds very good. I think you managed to play almost all the notes very nicely, but you should watch out for your timing. It was off in the majority of the take.
