> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Very nice take. Just a couple of suggestions. The pre-bend @ 0:20 sounds a little out of tune to me, take a look at this.
It seems that the notes you play over the middle strings (D-G) around the 12th fret are not always in tune, like around 0:38. Maybe it's an intonation problem.

Its a very nice take but some notes/bends are out of tune. See if its you or intonation of the guitar (or tuning).

A good version here... only things I would add would be to pay some attention to working on string bending and vibrato to really lift your playing and make it sing. Your vibrato could do with being more even and under your control.. but a good take all in all. smile.gif
