Hi guys!!

certainly been a while since I`ve been able to announce up a new lesson posted up on the SI board, I really ought to finish one I started myself a very long time ago!!

anyways, this is a great little theory lesson with some exercise patterns to be getting on with from GMC member ... quadrium!! biggrin.gif
