A very interesting video about what people want, or, about what they think they want.

Wow! That was very inspiring! smile.gif I hadn't really thought about it that way before. Yeah, we do think of things in terms of higher achievements - something bigger and better. I would rather have a Dell computer than a Compaq or HP. Why? Because of the name brand. That's all. However, I would rather have an AlienWare than a Dell. Why? Because of the name brand. It's interesting how my ideas are shaped by society. Thanks for sharing this motivational video. It changed the way I think about things.....just a little. wink.gif

I'm going to share this with my Mom and also a friend from college who likes to cook.

Thanks for sharing wink.gif This is one of the TED talks and they are all pretty darn interesting. If you have time, check more of them out. It's some of the most brilliant people from the entire planet talking about all kinds of cool stuff.

This is quite good. The importance of embracing diversity can't be overstated. We are a diverse planet, with diverse tastes and adding bits from all over while keeping focus on what we like, enjoy, the most is a good way to do just about anything smile.gif
