Deep Purple is a band with numerous hits over the years. First check out Ramiro's new lesson, "Deep Purple: Burn", and then post a reply to today's poll.

What's your favorite Deep Purple tune?

I`ve picked Highway Star out of the options, but there is just far too many to list, I like most of their material, the Perfect Strangers album is one that I probably still play now the most, "Knocking at your Back" door probably being my favourite on that album.

I'm going with Highway Star.. Child In Time is great but I actually prefer Yngwie's version - more power and drama ! smile.gif

I agree with all of the above, except I voted Perfect Strangers.

One that's fun to play is Space Trukin'

I chose Child in Time, although there are two more cool ballads "Soldier of Fortune" and "When a Blind man cries" that are great as well. My personal favorite song is "Blind" from BBC sessions. That whole set of songs is great.
