Practice Agenda, Still in use?

I haven't seen it in a long time, but I see that user profiles still have a Practice Agenda bar. I can enter and see someones Practice Agenda (from 2008 etc), but I don't find any way to make my own (not that I am going to), so that just made me wonder if it still exists, or is just some forgotten reminiscent in the jungle of GMC code.
