thanks dude, thats great for you smile.gif but dont think you should give up, a digital dry signal can save you a LOT of time and effort, on all my studio work a lot of times i found myself with a GREAT take that ends up out of the final mix cause the tone wasnt right for the song, for the tempo, etc.

what i do is, if i have the time/budget to record real amps, i always use this Y box a friend made for me, it slit the signal and send one to a pre amp into the console, and one for the amp/effects, its surprising how many times you end up using the direct signal one, at least as dubs.
