A co-worker challenged me to a foot race. He set the date several weeks ago for today. I took the challenge. Neither of us really prepared though. However, I did do a small stretch before the race. He wants a rematch. We all have great times at the maintenance shop at my community college.

After watching me and my co-worker race, my boss thinks he can take me. I grin just thinking about it. I love competition that involves running. I just can't run very long distances. I'm not in shape.

I love the feeling of adrenaline pumping through my body.

Thanks! Yeah, he thought he could beat me. He gave up in the middle when I was smokin' him. No, he didn't prepare anymore than I did. He keeps trying to lose that gut, but he loves greasy foods too much. laugh.gif

I think I'll give him a head start in the rematch, then attempt to smoke him again. LOL biggrin.gif
