Many songs make us think of movies because of the lyrics, melody, or overall song. First check out Lale's new lesson, and then post a reply to today's topic.

Does this lesson make you think of any particular movie? If you were a director where would you use this song in your movie?

I get the feel someone's just stepping into a saloon... someone big. Someone nasty. With nasty business. And he won't leave till he's had what he's come to get. laugh.gif

I play this kind of slow ambient blues a LOT. smile.gif Great lesson, great groove. This is definitely one of my favourite styles of playing.

If you ever wind up on a chain gang with me, refrain from singing "Back on the Chain Gang" and you'll be alright wink.gif

We jumped Kris on his way out of the grocery store and stole his beer and donuts ph34r.gif He started crying in court and the judge felt sorry for him.

I definitely get like a Tito and Tarantula vibe from this song... Fran hit the nail on the head with From Dusk Until Dawn I think or some Tarantino/Robert Rodiguez film.

Very cool sounding... and kind of menacing tongue.gif
