What is so about insects? We tend to find bands and songs named after different insects. You have: "Scorpions, The Beatles, Papa Roach, The Roaches, La Cucaracha, Bullet with Butterfly Wings, Spiders". |

Possibly people remember problematic, unwanted, scary terms. I used to play in a band that had a vegetable-like name, which was pretty odd to people
