May i ask what was the water like? Calm and clear, mucky, dirty, rising up, running, etc? This has huge meaning in most dreams.
Was the bed made or sheets everywhere, etc? Also are you in a relationship or thinking about one? By the way, dreams are just your subconsisous, in this case it's warning (your probably ignoring or avoiding it so it's basically screaming it at you)... To see your bed in your dream, represents your intimate self and discovery of your sexuality. To dream that there is a blackout, indicates your lack of insight and perspective on a situation. To see blood in your dream, represents life, love, and passion as well as disappointments. To dream of an electrocution, indicates that the current course of your actions will lead to disaster. Water + electricuted... hmmm.
I think you wet yourself in your sleep and then came in contact with a wall socket which gave you an electric shock right through your antenna.  Belive me, happens to me all the time  -------------------- My bands homepage

Sounds to me like you got yourself a nice little nightmare combined with a sleep paralysis. Details may vary but it sure does sound like that. Happened to me a couple of times, really freaky, really scary, but (thank mother Earth), natural and not at all dangerous.

Maybe you should take it a little easiler on the chronic/salvia?
 But seriously... To see calm, clear water in your dream, means that you are in tune with your spirituality. It denotes serenity, peace of mind, and rejuvenation. I can't see where this fits in, but the rest of the dream actually fits perfectly. Not being able to scream in a dream symbolizes feelings of being left alone to deal with a serious problem. You wish someone would hear your cry and give you a hand. You do know your leaving out a piece of the puzzle, maybe you don't want to tell or afraid of or sub-consisously aware of but trying to ignore...
Here's a good one to think about, where you in control of the dream or did the dream control you? Rough idea of what I think it was about without knowing any more details: helping a girl: this indicates your willingness to compromise to achieve something. the calm water: I'm pretty sure this is good, maybe your happy or where happy about the way thinks where going. blackout / blood: something happen or you think will happen in life which affects you or someone / something you like greatly. electrocution: indicates that the current course of your actions will lead to disaster. (you should focus on this and how to resolve it) body shaking: suggests that you are getting rid of your old habits and former ways of thinking. you want to get it back to the way thinks where, how you wanted them or at least back on track. This might shake things up a bit or alternately shaking could be fear of the change. not screaming: you want others to help you... The only issue is no one can help you if you don't tell what you need help with (or refuse to deal with)? Wheither it's already happened or you strongly believe it will happen.
