biggrin.gif I just came back from a gig I had today at a small festival downtown and I still have a lot of adrenaline left in the system so while searching the internet for some nice music, I ran into these guys, who kept me at the level even long after the concert biggrin.gif

Check'em out:

They're okay smile.gif, but it is metalcore, so it doesn't really sound like something I haven't heard before tongue.gif

I'm sure a lot of you guys notice this as well but I'll ask it anyway: When you see a photo or still image of a singer's posture, you can tell by the way he holds the mic if he's a singer or a growler ? 99% of the time this is true for me, how about you guys ? smile.gif

Interesting - yes now that you say it! Maybe it has something to do with how growlers need to work with their diaphragm.

This band reminded me a little of Soilwork.

That's a cool band right there. I've heard these rhythms and growls more than a few times, but melodic lines on a guitar are interesting. I guess they have pretty good energy too smile.gif

@Ben Do you know why the singers move left and right on stage? It's more difficult to hit a moving target unsure.gif biggrin.gif

biggrin.gif I know that the metalcore scene is not very, let's say, diverse, but the energy is totally awesome biggrin.gif

Indeed biggrin.gif Kris, you are right and Ben you're also right biggrin.gif growlers tend to strike 'that pose' biggrin.gif but, it's all about that attitude thing with them, ain't it?
