Hi guys, thought I'd share this with you. smile.gif John Mayer plays No sunshine live, just absolutely incredible guitar playing and singing... he only keeps getting better. There's also some pretty fancy movement especially in the beginning. laugh.gif

I also request more lessons in this style! (not particularly reggae, but John Mayer - blues funk, anything groovy!)

That's quite a nice tone he's got.. and that rhythmical strumming he does is great.. very percussive. It's funny because I've seen his name around a lot recently but I'd never heard his name at all until that Fall Out Boy Beat It cover.. I assume it's the same John Mayer ? Is he really well known everywhere else then.. is it just me who's never heard of him ? huh.gif

Nice arrangment! I like his version a lot!
I didn't like his singing at all though. tongue.gif

I love this version, although it's a direct cover more than a rearrangment smile.gif

Mayer is great, he can really make a quality arrangement. I'm not that fond of his way of singing and vocal color he pushes, but I do admit it sounds unique.
