Well, in the Amazon, there are huge Anacondas or in other parts of the world, even bigger Reticulated Pythons that would easily swallow a man for breakfast smile.gif since Ben asked what we like for breakfast biggrin.gif

It makes me sad that huge "monster like" animals like the 42 feet long and weighing over 2,000 pounds snake that was found somewhere near the Amazon river are extinct. Of course meeting such a beast wouldn't be nice, but there surely is something special about such creatures.

The article said he was an averaged sized guy...probably around 6 feet tall. I agree with Marek about how it is sad that the huge animals are almost all extinct...however, if this giant was rattling at me I would shoot and keep shooting until my gun was empty!

Have any of you guys ever been to Texas? It's HUUUGGGE. Probably bigger snakes deeper in the woods. But this isn't a problem in that everyone is pretty much Armed and Loaded as a matter of course.

Due to certain Texas Laws, you can carry any gun you like as a concealed weapon as long as you tell the cop who asks you what that bulge is that you are "Heading to the car".

Texas Gun Law
Peaceable Journey laws? Yes
PC 46.02, PC 46.15 A person may carry a concealed, loaded handgun without a permit while in or heading directly to a car they own or control.

True. But there being a beer can next to him, I fail to see that being the scenario.
