Hi guys, Today I've been talking about warming up, gaining force and legato. These are some of the exercises transcribed in Guitar Pro.

Attached File  Video_Chat_June_16th_2011.gp5 ( 4.74K ) Number of downloads: 123

Each exercise is in a different track.

Perfect! that's the idea! but remember to stretch your arms and fingers before starting the practice and to be relaxed while you are playing. Keep me updated on how the practice goes!

Quick update! Did 1-4 for 10 min each, 2 min break, for 2 days, but I ended up having to rest my hand for 2 days as it was too intense. All rested up now, and changed it to 1-8 for 4 min each, 5 min break. Working a lot better!

Cool update! Try to avoid doing such intense practising now that you are beginning to practice this type of exercises. You could hurt youself iif you don't start slowly with this type of training. Continue keeping me updated! and if you want you can upload a video of you playing this here to give you some feeback!
