it's cool,

The only down side of this video I would say is that it makes meditation like an accomplishment, something the "master" achieves in his path,

When in fact it's the least "thing", the simplest of them all...everyone, at every moment can access "it", I like this guy's take on it:

Nice concept Daniel! I also think that meditation is something that can be achieved. smile.gif I was most interested and amazed in the power of thoughs and feeling concepts from the What the bleep movie. It includes lots of experimentations that checks it.
