I noticed your forum name is Sauron, are you a Lord of the Rings fan? Once again, welcome, and I know you will find your time here enjoyable! smile.gif

Hi Nico & welcome to GMC! smile.gif You will have a great time here, it's fun & you will learn a lot! GMC has a lot to offer but don't let it overwhelm you. If you have any question, just ask. There is more expertise here (not from me, of course, as I am not much further past beginner right now) than you can imagine & they are more than anxious to share their knowledge. See you around the forum & hope to see you in the chats! Are there any lessons that you have already started practicing?

Gary

Welcome Nico! Lots of good advices here, only thing I will add is that don't be afraid to participate in as much "events" as You can. I for example was sure that I am unable to make a solo out of my head until I was "pushed" into a collaboration - to my surprise I was able to "create" something and it was a great motivator and reward. Of course some takes will sound better than others, but we aren't competing against each other, just strive to be the best version of ourselves:)

Hey Nico! Welcome to the site. Hope to see you in tonight's chat again. It's something that I attented for the first time last night and I believe it's gonna speed up our learning process. Playing is good but also reading and watching will shorten the time to learn for more.

Cheers,
Tolga
