Nikeman64 - My Favourite Zeppelin |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Nico, i like your takes a lot dude, you built = your confidence up during the whole take, that's good sometimes but you need to get used to make groovy cold starts. Besides that everything is very nice, got a 9 from me, that's because you need to bend that D note a bit more, on the main riff.
I like the tone on your guitars, i hear it very personal, but if you need advice, when trying to recreate vintage tones, gain is always too much, when you feel comfortable with your tone, lower the gain about 10% more. Very nice job gain. EDIT: look at those moves, i like that attitude. This post has been edited by Adrian Figallo: Aug 1 2011, 02:32 AM -------------------- Check my Instructor Profile Rockers! I think you can still settle more in the groove, this mid-tempo is not easy to groove with -------------------- Visit my:

I like it too, great playing, tone and attitude. I will give it a 9 tho, because I feel bends, tone and timing were all not exactly "spot on".
