LOTS of practice with a metronome ... check out Kris' metronome leson, and then the various speedpicking lessons from Kris and Pavel.

ive been playing 8 hours a day for like 3 months now, or so, and im now just getting up to decent speeds without messing up biggrin.gif, but on occians i can flip out some crazy speed and not mess up biggrin.gif
