> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

It's all great man. Great attitude! smile.gif I think you rushed just a bit tho, on the break part, and your guitar is really barely audible. Try to raise the mids (just for the sake of hearing it). Everything else is excellent, so I will give you a 9.

It's a perfect take for me! The only thing that you must improve for this one is your tone. As Ivan said, you should add more mids and highs in your amp.

You rocked it, Finny !! cool.gif

Maybe try some of the EQ suggestions to bring your guitar up a bit and make it thicker and warmer.. at the moment it sounds very cold and digital, very much like the guitar tone I used to have when I was using a Zoom 505 effects unit smile.gif

Good take mate! biggrin.gif I like the way your hands are becoming more sure on what they are doing and the groove is tighter! Very good!
